How booking works
Tell us the departure and destination city, the date, and the number of passengers and bags. The booking request form takes about a minute. No account and no payment are taken at this stage.
An operator checks availability on your route and replies with the vehicle class, the fixed price, and an indicative departure window. These windows are estimates, since road conditions, traffic and local regulations on the day can shift them.
Your driver arrives at the agreed pickup point and drives you straight to the destination city. One fare covers the vehicle, the professional driver, fuel and tolls, so there is nothing extra to settle on the road.
